What size pec implant should I go with to safely fit my 5'11", 170 lbs frame? (Photo)

Hi, I'm hoping to obtain some valuable feedback from some of the Plastic Surgeon experts in the industry.  I am going to get pec implants regardless, however, there is a TON of shoddy work with this procedure specifically. Some of the Before & After pictures are wildly off. Having said that, what sizing should I go with that will safely fit my 5'11, 175 pound frame that will ALSO turn heads? I have attached a pic of my current chest situation and the examples I am looking 4. T.Y

Thanks for your question. Shaving has its pros and cons, which is probably why you did not get a definitive answer. Sometimes shaving before surgery can cause infection in the surgery site. For our pectoral implant patients we usually shave armpits intra-op. It is best to ask your surgeon...

If your implant is truly displaced, which can be confirmed only on the basis of in person exam, the only option is to close the space in the lower pole of implant capsule and lift implant in more symmetric position. This will require scar in the pectoral crease to perform lower pole capsule...
