Pec implant pain 6 years after surgery - what is going on?

Since my pec implant surgery in 2017 every couple of months I always get a pinch and stinging pain deep in my l armpit where the edge of the implant painful touch. It’s never followed by anything it just goes away but I’m Always got a sore armpit for a week. it feels like a pimple thats about to pop but there is no pimple. only the feeling of one. i dont get any redness swelling only a ache thats painful. im hoping drs could know whats going on.

One of the possible reasons for this pain is that you developed condition called neuroma; smal nerve endings encapsulated in the scar due to constant irritation of the implant edge. Only on the basis of in person evaluation, a board certified plastic surgeon, who has experience with pectoral implants, may give you proper diagnosis and options of treatment. Good luck.
