Pec implant pain 6 years after surgery - what is going on?

Since my pec implant surgery in 2017 every couple of months I always get a pinch and stinging pain deep in my l armpit where the edge of the implant painful touch. It’s never followed by anything it just goes away but I’m Always got a sore armpit for a week. it feels like a pimple thats about to pop but there is no pimple. only the feeling of one. i dont get any redness swelling only a ache thats painful. im hoping drs could know whats going on.

If your implant is truly displaced, which can be confirmed only on the basis of in person exam, the only option is to close the space in the lower pole of implant capsule and lift implant in more symmetric position. This will require scar in the pectoral crease to perform lower pole capsule...
