I had a successful facelift in Korea. I returned home to UK a couple of days ago and noticed a very palpable permanent suture close to my skin below one ear . It is painless but I feel it close to the surface. Visually, I don't mind but am concerned the suture will come out. Is this likely? Or will it jut stay put? My Korean surgeon said it's simple to have the suture trimmed under local but I'm not sure how possible this is to access in home country as I had surgery abroad.
