Opinions on my custom PEEK jaw implant designs? (photos)

I had a consultation with a maxillofacial surgeon who produced the designs shown. My goals are: - Acheive a strong, model-esque jaw by making my mandible more parallel to the floor - Increasing the length of my ramus - Widening my face slightly However I want to be careful to: - Not have it so that its obvious Ive had implants. - Not make my head too square from the front or too wide My ideal jaw would be a brad pitt for example or Colton Haynes

There are a variety of materials that can be used to full in the jawline stepoff to which you refer. You would only use a chin implant to do so IF you also wanted some additional chin projection put back.
