I have chronic acne on my back for many years. Nothing has ever helped except roaccutane, which i cannot take again. I have had 2 sessions of N-Lite laser on my back with not much result yet. As the acne is so bad I expected this. They said at least 3 treatments. Had anyone had experience with N-Lite for acne on the back? Is it worth persevering with? Has anyone seen great results with it? Any advice greatly appreciated!
Answer: Try Aviclear laser! Hello! My name is Jessica, I am a physician assistant, and one of the providers at Aesthetic Skin in Winnetka and Chicago. This is a great question. Based on your concerns, I recommend treatments with Aviclear. This is a great treatment that requires just three treatment sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart. I hope this helps and best of luck!

Answer: A combination of LaseMD and Melapeels can help clear the skin and even out texture caused by acne scarring. Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis. We see atrophic and hypertrophic scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to discuss the best treatment options for your type of skin. . Answer: Effectiveness of N-Lite Acne Treatment N-Lite laser treatment, also known as N-Lite V, is a non-invasive laser therapy that has been used to treat acne by targeting the bacteria that contribute to acne formation and reducing inflammation. It works by stimulating the body's natural healing processes, which can help reduce the severity and frequency of acne breakouts. Given your situation, here are a few points to consider regarding N-Lite treatment for acne on the back: Expected Results and Treatment Course 1. **Number of Treatments**: It's not uncommon for patients to require multiple sessions to see significant improvement. While you have had two sessions, it might be beneficial to complete the recommended course of at least three treatments, as your provider suggested. Some patients might need even more sessions depending on the severity of their acne. 2. **Time to See Results**: Results can vary from person to person. Some individuals may start to see improvement after a few sessions, while others might need more time. Full results might not be apparent until several weeks after the last treatment. Efficacy and Experiences 1. **Patient Experiences**: While individual experiences can vary, some patients have reported positive outcomes with N-Lite treatment, including reduced acne lesions and less inflammation. However, results can depend on various factors such as the type and severity of acne, skin type, and adherence to post-treatment care. 2. **Clinical Evidence**: Some clinical studies have shown that N-Lite laser can be effective in treating acne, but the results are not universal. It's worth discussing with your dermatologist or healthcare provider about the likelihood of success in your specific case. Considerations and Next Steps 1. **Combination Therapies**: Sometimes, combining N-Lite treatment with other acne therapies, such as topical treatments or chemical peels, can enhance results. Discuss with your dermatologist whether a combination approach might be suitable for you. 2. **Post-Treatment Care**: Ensure that you are following all recommended post-treatment care instructions. Proper skin care after laser treatment can significantly influence the outcome. 3. **Alternative Treatments**: If you do not see satisfactory results after completing the recommended number of N-Lite sessions, consider discussing other treatment options with your dermatologist. These might include blue light therapy, photodynamic therapy, or other advanced acne treatments. While some patients have seen great results with N-Lite laser treatment for acne, individual responses can vary. Given that you have had only two sessions, it might be worth completing the recommended treatment course before making a final judgment. If you remain unsatisfied with the results, consult with your dermatologist to explore other treatment options or combination therapies that might be more effective for your chronic back acne. Always ensure that any treatment plan is closely monitored by a qualified healthcare professional to tailor the approach to your specific needs and skin condition.
