So I am interested in forehead reduction (hairline lowering) procedure. I have thought about it for a long while and I really want it. I have a disability (congenital myasthenia) and am worried about cosmetic surgeons turning disabled patients down because of possible unknown risks with anesthesia. I don't want to travel to London for consultation and be disappointed even tho I am a healthy person but use a wheelchair. Don't want the doctor to be put off by it and turn me down.
