Would microneedling get rid of this scar on my nose?

What type of scarring is this? And will redness subside? I had a really badly inflamed spot/boil right on the bridge of my nose and it scabbed and swelled up and damaged the skin. The scab fell off over a month ago and i had a microneedling session where it bled a little. Will this scar disappear completely with time? sometimes the redness dies down and other days its more inflamed is this normal?

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to decide whether early subcision should be started.

Scar maturation requires a year total, sometimes longer depending on the area, etiology, and scar care. You need to see a board certified surgeon who specializes in nasal surgery or facial surgery who can guide you with evidence based treatment plans to optimize your scar outcome. There are many ways to obtain an ideal scar and also treat scarring that may not be processing as planned.
