Lumpy lips after 4 months. What should I do? (Photos)

I had Teosyal Global Action filler in my lips just over 4 months ago. They were a bit bruised/swollen for a few days, but settled down. I now have extremely lumpy and sometimes quite swollen lips. I first noticed it after bumped my lip nearly 3 weeks ago. Then, I used some old lip gloss and it got worse so I saw my aesthetician who said it could be a reaction to the capsicum in it and said to double up on anti-h and prescribed 30mg x4days of steroids. It worked for a bit but now its loads worse

In my opinion, any injectable filler is capable of causing collagen formation and scar tissue through an immune response. In fact, some people have issues nodules and fullness after HA injections and the dissolving enzyme is not always curative.
