Had lip filler years ago and left with trembling mouth when smile - advice? (photos)

I haven’t had lip filler for over a year now, but between 2018-2021 I have had around 7 ml spread over the years. I now when I smile have a tremble like my mouth is shaking.. what is this and what should I do

Assuming these are hyaluronic acid fillers they should be removed with a large dose of hyaluronidase enzyme. Once the old material is removed, you may want fresh filler to provide a fraction of the volume you are demonstrating here. Less is more. If you had some other type of filler such as silicone oil all bets are off.
