Severe pain around eyes, tightness, blurry vision after endoscopic brow lift, orbital rim reduction & type 3 sinus setback

I had an endo brow lift, orbital rim reduction, and sinus setback surgery as part of facial feminization surgery over 5 months ago and am now experiencing severely distressing eye pain and sensation of tightness and feeling of eyelids and eyes being pulled back causing pain and blurry vision. I’m not sure what to do and I’m panicking that this was the biggest mistake of my life.
