Cheek implants: what happens as the face ages?

Hi. I am 35 and after a significant weight loss would be interested in having cheek implants. Just a few questions. Do the results last permanently? What happens as face ages? Do you have to be super careful even after healing, like when baby snuggles against face or kissing? Many thanks.

Based on these photos, you do not seem to have significant asymmetry; your asymmetry is within normal range. Correction of this type of asymmetry is best achieved with fillers (to start with and see how volume replacement would work and where to be placed), fat grafts and implants. In person...

The "swelling" is likely under eye fat bags that is best addressed with lower blepharoplasty but need evaluation to determine accurately. See an expert.
