How long until filler is no longer moveable?

I keep reading conflicting reports. Some docs say 2-3 days and some say 2 weeks How long should one sleep on their back?

After filler treatment you should keep your head upright for four hours.  Do not rub or put firm pressure on the treated area.  No strenuous exercise for 24 hours after treatment.  Avoid excessive heat or sunbathing for 24 hours.  See your injector two weeks after treatment for an evaluation and any needed touch up.  You do not need to sleep on your back for two weeks.
