After filler treatment you should keep your head upright for four hours. Do not rub or put firm pressure on the treated area. No strenuous exercise for 24 hours after treatment. Avoid excessive heat or sunbathing for 24 hours. See your injector two weeks after treatment for an evaluation and any needed touch up. You do not need to sleep on your back for two weeks.
I encourage you to visit with an expert injector near you for an evaluation. Typically filler is not used in this area. After an examination your injector can discuss potential options with you to help address your concerns.
