I had revision lipo in March this year to the stomach and flanks after my initial op left me uneven beside my belly button.I am still uneven after my revision surgery despite my surgeon assuring me that my stomach would be as flat as my post op photos he showed me (still on the operating table). I followed all my post op care - do I just need to allow more time? First pic is before, others are after revision.

An examination is needed to be certain. However, you may have some internal fat which cannot be removed with liposuction. You may have some weakness to your abdominal muscles which can be improved with EMSculpt. For excess skin, Renuvion skin tightening could be helpful. Please discuss this with your surgeon.

At six months post op you are seeing your final results.  Without further photos or an exam it's difficult to give specific recommendations but it does appear you have some skin laxity.  Depending on the degree you may have better results from a tummy tuck.
