An examination is needed to be certain. However, you may have some internal fat which cannot be removed with liposuction. At six months post op you are seeing your final results. Without further photos or an exam it's difficult to give specific recommendations but it does appear you have some skin laxity. Depending on the degree you may have better results from a tummy tuck.
