6 months post op, results are uneven and not as flat as i expected - should I expect more change as healing progresses? (photos)

I had revision lipo in March this year to the stomach and flanks after my initial op left me uneven beside my belly button.I am still uneven after my revision surgery despite my surgeon assuring me that my stomach would be as flat as my post op photos he showed me (still on the operating table). I followed all my post op care - do I just need to allow more time? First pic is before, others are after revision.
