Thank you for your question and photos. Preop photos would've been helpful. This is a difficult problem. Besides the obvious destruction of the natural buttock creases, new ones were created that elongates the buttocks. You also have significant grooving in the right upper lateral buttock-hip junction and a deep groove the left lateral buttock. DO NOT GO BACK TO THE SAME SURGEON FOR CORRECTION. He/she does not know or appreciate the normal anatomy and certainly is not an expert in liposuction. If you were my patient, I would do VASER liposuction of the back, waist, hips and shape the buttocks and fat graft the irregularities created by the surgery. Once you heal, you will need the Goldincision procedure by adding biostimulators to the deep crease areas and detach the iatrogenically created adhesions. You also have cellulite of the buttocks which would need the Goldincision procedure to permanently fix this condition. The first procedure is done under deep intravenous sedation. The Goldincision procedure is done under local anesthesia only after you heal from surgery. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation. BTW, I'm the only physician in the US licensed in the Goldincision procedure. Good luck.
