I am a 28-year-old male, and although I have thin cheeks, I would like to have some definition in that area. I am considering BFR, but I am already thin and I think that would make me look ghastly and sick. Additionally, my face and head are big, and I think I'll end up looking like a light bulb, which is not what I want. I just want a more defined area. Are there any other options?
