Laser scar removal after benign Spitz mole removal? (photo)

Had a benign Spitz mole removed 8 years ago. Last year a small blister/lump scar appeared at the top of the incision. This has gone, and has left a red mark on top of the original scar. Id like it lightening, removed if possible. Any advice welcome.
