Laser scar removal after benign Spitz mole removal? (photo)

Had a benign Spitz mole removed 8 years ago. Last year a small blister/lump scar appeared at the top of the incision. This has gone, and has left a red mark on top of the original scar. Id like it lightening, removed if possible. Any advice welcome.

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis. We see atrophic and hypertrophic scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy.
