I’d like some advice. I have indentations from a scar or fibrosis due to fat transfer to my chin 10 months ago. It started as a large scab for about 2 months, then healed into the current indentations. The plastic surgeon had PRP injected once in the area of the scab and did micro-needling with PRP all over my face the second time. After the scab fell off, I had another PRP injection in the area. Since then, I've been using scar tape and scar gel Biocorneum. The area has improved over time. I’ve also heard retinol or tretinoin might help and lasers. A dermatologist mentioned CO2 laser and VBeam yet I don’t know much about it nor if it’s worth. Any advice?

Answer: Vbeam targets red/pink pigmentation and reduces it. CO2 is great at resurfacing the skin and evening out texture.
