Lanluma vs. Sculptra - What is the difference and is one better than the other for hip dip fillers/bum enlargement?

A superficial search finds Sculptra (PLLA) and Lanluma (microparticles of PLGA – PLLA) to be similar if not the same particle. Lanluma does not appear to be FDA approved for use yet in the US. Both stimulate a inflammatory response ending with macrophage and fibroblast stimulation of collagen synthesis to correct for subcutaneous fat loss and subcutaneous fibrous and skin firming. The composition of Lanuma and Sculptra is identical. The only thing that’s different is the amount of the PLLA powder in the bottle. They come in different sizes and of course they price differently as well. The average price comes out to about the same for the same amount of product.
