Hello and thank you for your question. We would recommend a procedure called Aveli for the cellulite dimple. Aveli is a minimally invasive procedure that allows for precision and verification that the bands that cause the cellulite have been released and treated.
Sculptra is expensive and usually takes three treatment sessions to achieve results. It is for this reason that I stopped injecting Sculptra a number of years ago. Instead, I would suggest subcision, for long-term elevating and smoothing the dimple, accompanied by a robust HA filler, such as Restylane Lyft to provide immediate results and to further enhance new collagen and new elastic fiber production. Make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
That is a skin roll. In those who've not had a surgical procedure like liposuction, it represents an attenuation of the fascial ligaments that hold our skin to the deeper muscular fascia, leading to rolling of the skin. This is common in the upper thigh/buttock area. Qwo is collagenase, which is an enzymatic protein designed to break down tight fascial ligaments (collagen) that are believed to cause cellulite dimples; if anything, I would imagine that Qwo could make things worse. Unfortunately, any filler will not improve that issue unless enough of it was use to inflate the tissue. This would leave you with smoother contour, but also a fullness that you would not appreciate. Having said that, using a very judicious amount of fat graft could improve the contour there.
Dear Leena0217, Thanks for sharing your photos. Your contours are beautiful, noting the small dimple under the banana roll under the buttock crease.1. I agree that for this minor irregularity, Sculptra sessions would be the most beneficial given it is just on the once side.2. I have also had improvement following CoolSculpting using the “Smooth” applicator to diminish the banana roll to the level of the dimple.3. I do not recommend as others have to liposuction contour the banana roll itself. My experience is that this “bulge” is essential to keep the buttock falling and rotating inferiorly causing more disappointment. It is better to “tighten” and firm the skin in this area to keep the “cheeks” up. 4. Please consult with a talented, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon skilled in minimally invasive options. I hope this helps! All the best!
Hello, thanks for your question and pics. Sculptra may be a great option to reduce cellulite. It's hard to say what happened in your case. It depends on your skin condition, age, dose, or how long has it been since you started treatment, among others. As I see, you are a good candidate to have great results. Consult an esthetic doctor in your area for a complete exam. Good luck!
Based upon the 2 posted photos, I combine hyper diluted Radeisse with Sculptra (2 syringes of Radeisse and 2 vials of Sculptra) Fee $3,000.
With no posted photos very hard to offer advise. Seems like you are still being under treated in #s of vials/syringes. Understand large amounts of these products are needed to effect a significant result. As I calculate you had a total of 20 containers of products injected per side, THAT IS NOT...
Hi there, Yes the product needs to be mixed in advance. That is usually general practice and is not unreasonable. Offices do have to compensate for last minute cancelations. Perhaps they can credit your account when you do your treatment. Best of luck!
Every single individual has some form of asymmetry which becomes more noticeable once the individual starts paying more attention to a particular area. I don’t recommend using Sculptra or hyaluronic acid fillers in the area near the lower eyelid. Fat grafting is the absolute best approach. ...
