4 months after dissolving Juvederm - What can I do to minimize appearance of hanging middle tubercle? (photos)

I hd 1ml of juvederm earlier this year and the results brought out my middle tubercle more than I liked so I decided to get them dissolved hoping it would reverse the issue. 4 months later and it hangs like this when looking from above. My lips look normal from below ( shown in last image) How can I fix this?
