I hd 1ml of juvederm earlier this year and the results brought out my middle tubercle more than I liked so I decided to get them dissolved hoping it would reverse the issue. 4 months later and it hangs like this when looking from above. My lips look normal from below ( shown in last image) How can I fix this?

Most injectors don't understand the fillers they use. They understand hyaluronidase, the enzyme that breaks these fillers down, even less. To completely eliminate a Juvederm service takes substantial dose of hyaluronidase. Most injectors are very timid with there dosing of enzyme. You might get 10, 20, or even 40 units of enzyme and that is about it. Generally it will take three times this dose to eliminate the unwanted filler from a lip. The concern you are having is due to residual filler.
