I’m looking for advice to improve my facial asymmetry and possibly what caused it. I know my jaw is leaning more to the right and I'm wondering if there's anything to make it look less obvious. I've spoken to my dentist and he said jaw surgery will cost over £20000 privately. So I'm wondering if there is any alternatives such as chin implants and fillers maybe? Or is the best option to go for the double jaw surgery and will it be worth it in the end?

You appear to be a candidate for a genioplasty. Your chin is recessed, and by bring it forward and slightly down, we would bring more balance to your profile, fix the asymmetry and elongate your jawline. I would also consider buccal fat removal to reduce some of the fullness in your lower cheeks...
Your jawline is very well defined and in the ideal position. From the photos, your chin projection is not as developed as your jaw. A chin implant or genioplasty may improve the balance in your lower jaw and chin. If you don't have any problems with your bite (the way your teeth come together)...
Hi dental colleague. No one really NEEDS jaw surgery, its not cardiac surgery. In light of no malocclusion, this would be purely a cosmetic pursuit, so the choice is 100% up to you. Weigh the risks and benefits of the procedure if you decide to have a consultation. Good luck.
