Hair lightening cream BA - any chance of it affecting my implants?

Hi, i had breast implants about a year ago. I have hairy chest and would like to use hair lightening/bleach cream on my chest as my wedding is coming up soon. Is it safe to do so? Any chance affecting my implants?
