Bilateral breast pain 15 months after procedure. What is wrong with me? (Photo)

Question

I had extra large implants put in December 2022. 1800cc'sL 1900R.internal bra 3rd op since 05 Fully recovered normal after 90 days. Pain started mild 5 months ago. Progressively worse both breasts. But worse pain in R. Pain all the way into arm pits and underside of breasts. Very little pain in top. Both feel tight. Extreme pain if I massage or push them together. Meds type 2 bipolar Abilify, Fluoxetine. Sleep Trazodone,Gabapentin. Weight loss Topirimate. What is wrong with me?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine is there wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You appear to have developed a capsule and your implants are way too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. You can keep these implants and suffer or go down much smaller and be comfortable.

Your pain is likely related to the size of the implants.  Capsular contracture could also be a cause.  I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation. I've included a video on capsular contracture that I hope you find helpful.
