Bilateral breast pain 15 months after procedure. What is wrong with me? (Photo)

I had extra large implants put in December 2022. 1800cc'sL 1900R.internal bra 3rd op since 05 Fully recovered normal after 90 days. Pain started mild 5 months ago. Progressively worse both breasts. But worse pain in R. Pain all the way into arm pits and underside of breasts. Very little pain in top. Both feel tight. Extreme pain if I massage or push them together. Meds type 2 bipolar Abilify, Fluoxetine. Sleep Trazodone,Gabapentin. Weight loss Topirimate. What is wrong with me?
