3 yrs after chin implant and I'd like more definition in the jaw area, can this be achieved with sliding genioplasty? (photos)

Hi, I got a chin implant around 3 years ago now. Whilst I think it has certainly improved my side profile I feel like the projection isn’t enough, I like the shape of my chin now but I still want further projection. Is it possible to have sliding genioplasty whilst keeping my chin implant? I contacted a clinic to ask if I was suitible for liposuction instead but they said am not a suitable candidate I was hoping this might have helped give me more definition on my jaw/ under chin not projection
