What is the best firming cream to prepare the skin for lipo 360?

Hi! I will have lipo 360 with extra arms and inner thighs in 3 months and would like to ask for recommendation of a good firming cream to prepare my skin for surgery, ensuring it has enough elasticity so that it does not sag after lipo. I’ve been using a Nivea firming cream however not sure if this is enough. Many thanks
