I've had threads, laser fat grafting and buccal fat removal. What are the best options for face slimming? (photos)

I've had multiple proceedutes on my face including threads laser fat graft buccal fat removal but my face looks far I've got a healthy BMI I don't know what I can do

Generally speaking when we talk about the aesthetics of the face, we either we can reduce the width of the mid face by reducing the width of the bone or by increasing the width of the jawline to balance it off. The later can be done with filler, fat injections and implants to increase the jawline.

Hello, sorry to hear you are having a hard time. If there is some asymmetry after a buccal fat pad removal there are a number of ways to address this. Buccal fat could be removed from the other side to achieve symmetry, or volume could be added back to the side you already had surgery on....
