Sagging marionette lines - Would I benefit from buccal fat removal? (photos)

Question

I don’t want to look older or have hollowness if I do buccal fat removal but my face has always been a little wide im not sure if this would help target that. The extra fat around the corners of my mouth really bother me and specially how it makes it look like sagging marionette lines

The width of the face is controlled by the cheekbones not the buccal fat. Excessive buccal fat creates fullness below the cheek bones. Knowing this difference determines whether cheek bone reduction or buccal fat removal would be best. The fullness by the side of your mouth is subcutaneous perioral dat which can be treated by very small cannula liposuction.
