I feel like my mid face in particular is a bit disproportionate to the rest of my face, are their any surgical or non-surgical to reduce the width of my mid face or at least the appearance of width, thanks!

Hello, sorry to hear you are having a hard time. If there is some asymmetry after a buccal fat pad removal there are a number of ways to address this. Buccal fat could be removed from the other side to achieve symmetry, or volume could be added back to the side you already had surgery on....

Efforts at facial fat reduction are certainly appropriate in your face but that alone will not create a apparent and defined jawline. A better result is going to come from a combination of maximal face and neck defatting with chin/jawline augmentation.
