Graves disease is a very challenging condition. Fortunately for many the eye changes are mild and do not require treatment like Tepezza, with its side effects, or orbital decompression. There is no substitute for an actual in person assessment. The graining photos you have posted really don't provide the information needed to address your question. The photos do not suggest much in the way of proptosis but it is helpful to compare your current appearance to your appearance before the Grave's disease. You do have upper eyelid ptosis and a compensatory eyebrow elevation. That is repaired with anterior levator resection ptosis surgery not orbital decompression. You really do not want an orbital decompression unless it is essential. That does not appear to be your situation.
