Protruding fat on eyelid - could this be resolved with Plasma or do I need surgery? (photos)

I'm 32 years old and I've been advised Im quite young for surgery. Apparently I have the protruding fat problem. If I do the surgery now, what will happen in 10 years?

Based on your photo, I don't see prolapsed fat being a problem. You seem to have more of a crepey skin problem. An upper blepharoplasty would be a good option, or you could consider a chemical peel or laser resurfacing to improve the fine lines and wrinkles. A robust chemical peel would significantly tighten your skin.
