I am 43, fit with filler misplaced in my upper lid causing hooding/sagging. I've had filler, PRP & CO2s on my lower lids to try to get rid of the hallowing and dark circles. Would I be a good candidate for eyelid surgery with fat transfers? I am in Dallas, Tx. Would plasma pen or Morpheus8 work for me or would it further degrade my fat and thin my skin?

Hi @jessica1993. Thank you for sending your photos-- you would be a great candidate for a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty. A lower blepharoplasty will address the herniated fat pads and excess skin under your eyes giving you a more refreshed and rested appearance. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
