Question

Hi, I am 21 years old and I am looking into getting lower belpharoplasty in the summer to hopefully make my hereditary eye bags look better. Will the procedure help for my genetically dark undereyes? I also wanted to get a brow lift and a nose job at the same time, is this possible? This will be my second nose job (I had the first one when I was 16 and my nose has grown since then) so hopefully that doesn't cause any issues. Thanks

Yes, you may be a candidate for multiple facial procedures including brow lift, lower eyelid blepharoplasty and secondary rhinoplasty. Of the procedures you are interested in, the secondary rhinoplasty will likely be the most challenging. Plan to bring your facial photos from before your first rhinoplasty as well as the operative report so your surgeon has all the information they need to understand where you started, what was done, and what planning and combination of techniques are needed for the second rhinoplasty. 
Regarding your brows, you may be a candidate for toxins like Botox or Daxxify. Both can elevate your lateral brow and give you more brow arch. Daxxify is a new product that can last 6-9 months.
Lower lid blepharoplasty is very good at improving contour and support for patients with hereditary eye bags. It can improve dark circles if shadowing is a major contributing factor. If the darkness is due to visibility of the orbicularis oculi muscle, nano and micro fat grafting can help. However, if the main issue is skin pigmentation, then topical skin therapies like hydroquinone will be necessary.

I will divide my comments into several sections. First, you need to make absolutely certain that who you see for your revision rhinoplasty is an absolute expert and does almost exclusively rhinoplasties. This is because both your nose as it presently is as well it is the fact that any secondary rhinoplasty is exceptionally difficult. If you do not choose your surgeon very carefully, you could regret whatever you do significantly. secondly, from the pictures, you do not appear to be a reasonable candidate for a brow lift. You have an excellent arch to your brow with the arch looking like it is above the edge of the orbital rim at about the proper height. Thirdly, you are absolutely not a candidate for a lower blepharoplasty, even if whoever you see proposes a trans-conjunctival fat transposition.  What you need Is a heavy filler like Juvéderm Voluma placed deep on the bone or muscle below the orbital ligament by a true expert.
