Can I have electrolysis over breast implants?

I am a blonde hirsute woman with XXL breasts which are my career. I’m forever shaving them & I hate it so much, I am the wrong colouring for laser & t option would be electrolysis. The cost is a big deterrent but if I did have the money I wonder whether the needle would rupture the implants as I have very little tissue in that area? Nobody ever discusses this.
