Discomfort and pain more than a year after the rhinosplasty

Hi , i’ve had my nose job over a year. Everything went well swelling went i would say completely down i am happy with the result however , i have noticed this for a long time inside my nose i believe where the suture was done on the right side i have noticed that every time my nose runs for a longer period of time and it’s wet , that area towards the tip of my nose on the inside stings extremely bad , is this a cause of concern , and what causes this? Never noticed bleeding or anything.

Some surgeons utilize permanent sutures in the nose while reconstructing somebody's nasal tip. Occasionally these permanent sutures may become infected and maybe the source of pain or discomfort. In that regard, this is an excellent question to ask to your surgeon, or another reputable rhinoplasty specialist. I hope this helps.

The only way to know is to have your surgeon look inside to see if there is anything like a stitch that could explain the problem

The nurse is very sensitive and has a lot of nerve endings. This is especially true around the tip of the nose. It’s hard to make an assessment without an intrarenal examination. I suggest you follow up with the surgeon. Who did your rhinoplasty surgery and have them evaluate the inside of your nose. There may or may not be an issue that is treatable. The nose has a pretty rich blood supply and tends to be fairly resistant to infections but the area is often highly contaminated and discomfort from nasal hair follicles or other issues like previous sutures can happen. 
Following up with your provider is probably the best course of action.
