Disappointed in surgery results - loose skin on one side of my stomach, which is concave. How can this be fixed? (Photos)

I had a tummy tuck and lipo to my back 8 months ago. I had a revision because I still had excess fat after the tummy tuck on my back and stomach plus dog ears . I had the revision 3 weeks ago but I’m still not happy. I’ve got loose skin now on one side of my stomach which is concave. My surgeon won’t do anything. My scar is also very high. These pics are all after the revision, but I don’t see much improvement - my back is still uneven :( If my surgeon is refusing to do anything, what can I do? The revision was just 2.6L Vaser lipo to stomach, back and dog ears removal.
