Can a wide football shaped belly button be made narrower and smaller? (Photos)

I’m devastated about my belly button. It is too wide, on a slant and has hard tissue bits protruding out from it. I wanted it more smaller and narrower instead of wide and squashed looking. Can this be fixed by my plastic surgeon with a revision done in 6 months? Or will it be impossible to make it narrower and smaller? Thanks.
