I have tired looking eyes and I’ve experienced volume loss in face after weight loss. As for my eyes I’ve always had hollow under eyes even as a child. I have a lot of lines when I smile and would like to minimize that also.

There are many options available and it's not about the name of the filler but rather about whether you are the right candidate, whether your concern is visible to the provider, the type of filler to be used or even a combination of and then the amount to be injected. 
Based on the photos only, I would propose Ultherapy to tighten the skin, Sculptra to restore mid face support under the eyes and to soften the radial smile lines that bother you.
