There are a few things that can be done to help aid in minimizing the depression between yours brows. First, a couple sessions of Botox injections in the glabellar muscle can help minimize the bulging muscles. If the depression is still apparent after a couple sessions of Botox, fillers can be injected into the area to help soften the dent. Mind you this area is high Risk for filler injections and should only be done my a trained dermatologist or plastic surgeon.

Botox would help to quiet the muscular movement and static muscular tension that underlies the formation of the dent. Once this addressed, a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive filler may be used to elevate and smooth the residual crease and dent that has resulted from years of that muscular activity and static tension. Both procedures, if so desired, can be done in the same treatment session, which, in experienced hands, should take no more than about twenty minutes to perform. Make sure to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.

If the dent is dynamic then Botox to the muscles either side will help, but this would be something you might choose to consider repeating every six months.

The second option, if it is always, there is to volumise the dent with some fat. This is a simple outpatient technique. This procedure is relatively cost-effective, but again it's not guaranteed to be 100% perfect after one episode and sometimes needs repeating once or twice.

Hi, thank you for your question! I would recommend starting with botox for the muscle in between your eyebrows. The botox can help prevent the muscle movement creating the crease. If you do not have fulfilling results after a couple botox treatments, filler could be used to fill the indent directly. The product I would use for filler is Volbella. I would recommend meeting with a licensed injector to have a full evaluation.

Botox is a neuromodulator and works by affecting the treated muscle's response. It may soften the appearance of the contour that concerns you, though it may not eliminate it completely. Botox is done in the office with final results seen after two weeks. The product effects will fade gradually over three to four months for most patients.

Filler can help to fill this depression. Usually I recommend to start with a neuromodulator (botox treatment) to stabilize the area before injecting filler. This will help to decrease the possibility of filler migration. There are increased risks with filler between the brows so make sure you understand these before proceeding. Good luck!!

Firstly you will need to paralyze the muscle with either Botox or Dysport and then a week later after there is no movement a filler placed in that area will help immensely. For best results have a consultation with a Board Certified Injector.
