Question

I have like a lump on my cheek just under my eye , I have been to a few different people, and they all say completely different things , so I’m so confused x.

From the photo at rest, the issue appears to be malar bags. The second photo, in which you pull the cheek taut leading to significant diminution of the problem,  suggests that the use of an appropriately robust HA volumizing filler for mid-cheek reflation could be quite helpful, since the upper portion of the mid-cheek serves as a major support for that region. In the hands of an experienced injector this can be performed in about fifteen to twenty minutes, engender little to no significant downtime and yield immediate, on-the-spot results.  You would be wise to consult with  board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert to explore this further. Hope this helps.
