Especially in a thirty-year old, fillers have a long track record for efficacy elevating downturned marionette lines at the angles of the mouth and smile folds. Treatment of these with fillers, in experienced hands, should take no more than about twenty minutes to perform, engender little to no significant downtime, and typically yield immediate, on-the-spot "Wow!" reactions. Unfortunately, a front-face, closeup photo of the eyes would have allowed for a better assessment of treatment for that region.
