How can I improve appearance of my midface?

I have had a few consults thus far and was presented with various approaches: cheek-lift via lower eyelid, cheek-lift via temple, lower blepharoplasty, fat grafting & cheek implants. Which of these procedures or a combination of would yield the best result in improving my midface area (hollow eyes and saggy cheeks)

The upper mid-cheek area is a major support for the under-eyes. So, here' s the good news. In the hands of an experienced filler injector, a robust HA filler can be used to both restore volume to the upper outer cheeks (and create a more feminine, ideal oval, heart-shaped face) and secondarily improve the under-eye hollows and tear troughs. What's more, an experienced injector can typically do this in about fifteen minutes with immediate, on-the-spot results. So, before jumping into expensive, aggressive surgeries and extended post-surgical downtime, you would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector.
