Does vascular EDS preclude me from having cheek filler?

I have vascular Ehlers dans syndrome which I know can make my blood vessels are delicate and prone to tearing. Does this preclude me from having cheek filler? Is it unsafe? I've had it before with no issues but have only recently been officially diagnosed with velds, so want to be careful.
