Hi stuck between mentor and Motiva! I’m aware Motiva are a bit newer and feel more realistic. I’m currently a flat D. And want a big, not huge, result. I want a big full chest around FF (I’m also wide built) I’m looking at around 500cc/525cx I was planning on getting Motiva, but at the moment I’m seeing more Mentor after pictures that I really like! (Not seeing many Motiva pictures at all tbh) Is there physical differences? Are either better for certain results?
Answer: Mentor vs Motiva Good afternoon, I perform over 500 augmentations a year, and have been doing so for 21 years. Motiva are not softer or more natural feeling than Mentor- they feel the same in your body. However, Mentor is a better company, with a longer track record, better customer service, better warranty care, and in my opinion the Mentor implants last longer and are the much better choice.

Answer: No discernable difference In my honest opinion, if you lined up ten women, five with mentor and five with motiva and asked plastic surgeons which was which, they wouldn't be able to tell. They are both good brands. Go with whichever implant your surgeon suggests would be the best fit for your body. Good luck

Answer: Mini lift with fat transfers or small implants 500 cc implants weight over 1 lb each and are quite heavy. Your breasts are low on the chest wall. I recommend a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed totally submuscular. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Implants First, FF are huge breasts and will be too large and heavy for you. Second, based on your one slanted photo, you are not wide. Third, I prefer Mentor for long term results that look natural and fewer risks.

Answer: Implant type Dear Mangoes.ba.2021, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.
