Hoping to get the cat eye / almond eye surgery next month. I have done my research and canthopexy is what I am having done but I know this is less invasive as canthoplasty. If canthoplexy drops or fails could I get canthoplasty? I know that scar tissue in the eye is very valuable and shouldn’t be messed with, but will canthopexy use less scar tissue than canthoplasty?
