Should I get my breast lift with implants or liposculpture done first?

Hello Doctors, I hope you are well. I've found two different surgeons that I want to move forward with when it comes to my breast lift + augmentation and then my liposculpture. I'm just wondering what procedure you think should be done first and why? I've heard two totally different opinions and I'm a bit confused.

Breast Implants are one of the most popular and/or common surgeries that involves the placement of a silicone or saline breast implant over the chest muscle to increase breast size. In most cases, the incision is made around the lower part of the nipple or under the breast crease.

there should be no significant difference in final results. You should be fully healed after first surgery in order to get another elective procedure. If your liposuction is mayor, which means over 2 litters, you should do breast surgery separately. However, if you are having less fat removed and your health condition is good,  both procedures may be done in the same setting. This is an issue to be discussed with your surgeon and primary care physician. Good luck.

There are a few things to consider to answer this question.  The first is what areas are you having suctioned?  If it is on your back then your surgeon will need to have you laying on your front which is not ideal if you have recently had augmentation and a lift.  If the liposuction is on the front of your body you can elect to have whichever procedure means the most to you first.  You will need to discuss time between the procedures with your surgeons to determine scheduling once you decide which will be first.

If you don't want to do both at the same time, then start with the procedure you desire the most. Otherwise, recovery from liposuction is faster than from the breast. You could have liposuction first and then do the breast as soon as 2-3 weeks later. If you do the breasts first, then the second procedure could be done in about 6 weeks later.

Knowing a little bit more about you such as your height, your weight and your goals would help answer. This question a little bit more completely. That being said, in my opinion breast augmentation with lift can be done simultaneously with core 360 liposuction. Having one procedure will allow you to recover once an experience the synergistic effects of both procedures.
