Hi there! I'm flying over to the Czech Republic in 8 weeks for a breast uplift with implants. My GP kindly did some blood tests for me so we could make sure all my blood levels were okay prior to surgery. They've come back today & now I'm panicking because of the B12 levels and slightly low lymphocytes. Do you think my surgery will be cancelled with these results??

It appears as though you will likely get a nice result from augmentation alone. Some of this can depend on the size of implant chosen. This is really best determined by measurements and physical exam done in person.
