Hi there, I am a cis woman (39 y/o) with PCOS acne (still getting around some bad spots on a monthly basis just before my period (hormonal-related). I would love to work on the scarring caused by this keloid acne over the cause of my life but I am extremely confused in which one I should get. I also have some fine lines, some not so fine and certainly large pores, which I could also work on. I might have some hyperpigmentation hidden under my top layer, so there is also that... Any advice?
