In 2018 I had a platysma plication. Surgeon did not address the sagging skin at the time which has naturally gotten worse over the years. But what I want to know is what is going on with my neck? I realize blood vessels are destroyed during surgery but the white neck is getting worse. Also what is the banding? This is also getting worseThe area is soft and pliable. Would a full face facelift make the white area worse?
