In 2018 had a platysma plication, did not address sagging skin. Would a full facelift make the area worse? (photos)

From the photos you have provided it appears that there is some excess skin under the chin and central neck. The bands may simply represent folds of the skin or be due to recurrence of the platysmal bands. I would advise that you are seen by a plastic surgeon for a comprehensive examination, to see if your issues can be addressed.

You neeed an assessment at consultation since itis difficult to assess from a photograph the kind of surgery required. Did you have a facelift at the first surgery- if not then the platysmaplasty has not addressed the skin laxity below the jawline.
