Am I a good candidate for Lip Lift (23M)? (photos)

My philtrum is slightly long (16mm), which combined with a vertically hsort chin leads to what I view as an unbalanced lower third. I wanted to know if shortening my philtrum to around 14mm would add more balance to my lower third and face as a whole

From the picture that you have posted here it does look like you might be a candidate for a lip lift. There are several measurements that a plastic surgeon will need to make in order to make sure that this is in fact the case but a lift can provide you with a nice, natural, feminine appearing lip.
