Should I be concerned about these red pimples around nipples? (Photos)

Hey! So I’m 4 days post opp Having gone from a 34A and having 450cc under the muscle. My skin is really tight on my chest and I’ve had red pimples appear with little white heads around my nipples it’s only a small amount. It’s not itchy I’m just abit concerned as to what this is? Can anyone help x

Difficult to say based on the photos so an examination would be more appropriate but you may be having an allergic reaction to the tape or antibiotic. If you are feeling itchy as well you can try Benadryl. See your surgeon if it doesn't resolve or gets worse. Unlikely to be anything serious. Best of luckJosh Olson MD
