Should I be concerned about these red pimples around nipples? (Photos)

Hey! So I’m 4 days post opp Having gone from a 34A and having 450cc under the muscle. My skin is really tight on my chest and I’ve had red pimples appear with little white heads around my nipples it’s only a small amount. It’s not itchy I’m just abit concerned as to what this is? Can anyone help x
